Here you can see some field sites where we are actively working on naturally occuring redox gradients around the world's oceans including deep sea hydrothermal vents (e.g. East Pacific Rise, Mid- Atlantic Ridge etc.), continous OMZs (e.g. Baltic Sea, Marmara Sea), and anoxic-sulphidic basins (e.g. Black Sea).
